Return Policy for Mrs Vee's Tees

At Mrs Vee's Tees, I am dedicated to ensuring that my customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. I understand that sometimes a product may not fully meet your expectations, and I have outlined my return policy below to ensure a transparent and fair process.

Regular Products:

  1. Return Time Frame: Customers can initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Condition of Returned Products: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  3. Return Process:
    • Initiate a Return: To start a return, you can contact me at admin@mrsveestees.com. Once your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    • Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, I will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return condition criteria.
    • Refund Approval: If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Customized Products:

Due to the nature of customized products, I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Each customized product is made to order and therefore, sales of such products are final.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). I also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact me immediately so I can evaluate the issue and make it right. For these cases, please provide:

  • Photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item
